ok breathe in, breathe out phew.. first, the world has more than 1 billion shouting in vulgarities everyday( from my calculations ) its really tiring to hear the same bad word used. its always the same cursing your father or mother, or shouting out ones private parts, blah blah, using damnation and monolanguages to say : whatever, i dont give da** (i don't care-except more 'emphasis' and vulgar)>.<

respect is the most basic thing someone can ask for. but if someone talks to you, and you just ignore him/her its not very nice. i believe that everyone has the right to talk and everyone should have the basic consideration to listen.

sigh.. today was practically pissed!!!! ahhh... what tpo shout the whole building down!!!! okok deep breath... deep breath..... (like pregnant haha) pray that the LORD will help me to erase all the hatred and understandings in my life today..

haha achievements: ran 2 rounds around school today without sch today (as usual) beat my last week's record : 12.54 beaten!!! 11.34 yeah!!!

worries: what to wear for arena trailer shoot!! ahh!!! bringing this whole stack of clothes for 'fitting' haha.. ok.. chill !! everything will be all right!!
