Day 101

It suddenly dawned on my today, while i was eating my toast at the old downtown shopping mall (Eunhaeng-dong) that it would be the last time that i will be visiting that mall. yes, i am leaving daejeon soon. right after finals i will be making my way to Seoul via bus, never to come here again. WOAH. We went to eat the kitchen for the very last time, shopped around the mall for the very last time, including the vicinity upstairs and downstairs. This place really holds a lot of memories for us. Our very own Daejeon Bugis street. Daejeon's version of Seoul's express bus terminal. Kind of like our shopping haven. The place where we didn't know that fan signing will be held and we coincidentally ran into B.A.P and saw Younha's poster as well. The place where we sat down and drank our fruit juice or hot tea. It was actually the place where almost all my shopping for clothes and a pair of shoes was done. The mall which 2 shops made an impact on me- one because i tried helping Maureen to ask for more discount and the lady there was really loud and she kept tapping on my shoulder exclaiming 'good! good!' but i did not buy the bag in the end even though she gave me a discount. The other shop does not provide discount, but the shirt quality there are good M.Gray, its the shop name and the lady was really nice. The green pair of shops which i bought from this depress looking man (in Regency) who turned up to be this 'shoe god' that one look at the shelf and he can tell if the model has my size or not. The place where Maureen had her hair permed and i had mine cut, just today. The place where i saw for the first time that Watson's had a discount and all Laneige products were swept up for Maureen. We had one of our Baskin Robbins break there. Oh how can i forget!! The best bakery in Daejeon and only in Daejeon Sung Sim Dang is located there. Bread heaven :D where i always takes a while for you to squeeze through the herd of people in the bakery and rush to the bowl of bread they left for us to sample. Glorious and wonderful place :D love it everytime :) This place will hold many memories for us. From the moment we step into 604 and get whisk away almost to the final stop, i know i will never be able to go back there again.

two more weeks in Daejeon. 21st June.
