today was kind of an interesting day ^^
went out for lunch with mr Clement-had to pass him the handphone strap i got him from taipei. yup!! with that, all ten presents are either in the hands of their rightful ower, or on the back of the postman's motorcycle :)
went to tiong bahru plaza's top floor-grillers' a western restaurant yet popular with the kids-i mean teenagers - patronised by adults as well, cause the food there is considered really cheap/affordable. uhhuh. had 'the best fish and chips in town' hehe at student price- $4.90 haha thanks to the waitress i think her name was Ira... ya. short form i guess :) oki, then mostly the topic was on gundam... can't really say that he's a fanatic but.. still under the category of fan and gundam whiz.
after our lunch(hehe thanks for paying the GST and service charge part) we went to the void deck and talked. hmm.. well i found out actually he's quite a philosophical guy and knows what he wants to life. haha i'm kind like of the total opposite :Pi got to admit though, he has a point and boy, conversing in english with him was hard. i'm used to speaking singlish-hey! i'm a typical singaporean oki. haha
but here are some 'quotes' that i thought would be useful to me what the tough gets going:
(they are paraphrase)
"life is easy, it is actually your choice if you want to make it complicated"
"find out your strengths and work from there, everyone is this world has a weakness, you're not the only one"
oki this one is the one that actually cause me to think
"do you believe that there is such a thing as qing gong?"
it spurs me to ponder on the unknown.. and on the stuff that you thought i was once impossible. i don't know. but its kind of like a 'what if' question. sort of.. what if ghosts exists, what if there are such things as aliens and they are like way smarter than humans and they want to take over earth!! ahh.. oki, that's too exaggerated. but hey.. they are what if questions too. haha well, it was a pleasure talking to him.:)
oooo!!! for dinner, i had an egg. haha and guess what? what!! the egg had two yolks. so it was a potential twin chicks!!! oh man, i feel so guilty now :( aww... btw, the newspaper reported that someone found it strange that there's an egg without a yolk-its called a wind or fart egg. yup. you can check it out on this website:

yes! got my salary yesterday.. quite a lot, considering the total time that we worked was 26hrs. haha oki that's all!! HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!
GOD BLESS!!!
