Korea 16

Day 16

"The eye sees only what the mind is prepared to comprehend"- Henri Bergson

Nothing really exciting occurred today. Except 1 phenomenon that i have not seen in my entire life:
THERE WAS A QUEUE AT THE GENTS IN THE LIBRARY.
Guys queuing up to use the toilet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? i only thought that this would only occur to Females. Yes, XX chromosome people.
In Singapore, i often see worn out, tired, impatient males holding on the handbags standing outside the ladies waiting for their lady to use the restroom. But here in KAIST? no!! its the men who are queuing up!! Hmmm maybe it has got to do with the fact that there are actually more males than females in this school haha quite a rare sight for the human population in general since there are actually more females than males on Earth. the XY chromosome is losing its power!!!o.o

Other than that, nothing really much happened today. :/ Korean lessons are due to start next tuesday YAY!! like a finally!! i really want to learn what do all those words on the menu found in restaurants here mean!! i can read Korean but i do not know what they mean :( so its difficult to order food and stuff. awww.

The other interesting thing would probably be the fact that i borrowed another 2 more agatha christie book. foolish, yes i know, but i just cannot help myself!! my assignments are piling up and i haven't watch my running man yet. oh well. its time to hit the books soon.

haha but i need to write this hilarious detail down: when i was walking back to the dorm with Maureen after dinner on.. i think saturday or friday, Maureen mistook a guy's shadow for a dog. hahahaha it was super funny. she went woah that dog moved so fast i was like what dog? lol it was only a shadow hahaha best sia i tell you!! :)

that's all folks! immunology tmr then i am free for the weekend!! yipee!!!

Take care!! God Bless!! (my wisdom tooth is coming out, hurts a little but hope it won't affect much till i go back to Singapore)

= do something right=
