Hello Hello!
it has been.... close to 4 years since the blog has been DEAD. a lot has changed in a span of 4 years (including my standard of English). I'm no longer able to write as fluently as I was 4 years back.. but I WILL TRY.
So, what made me want to revive this blog. Hmm... I was actually blog 'stalking' a certain personality from one of the videos I was watching on YouTube and I came across surprise surprise, my old blog. It was purely out of my own itchy fingers that I started fiddling with the coding on my blog's layout. The background was no longer what it used to be, in fact... it became a collage of the same smiley face icons. which was horrifying indeed.. and the smiley icon also invaded where my profile picture was supposed to be (fyi: I did not put my face as my profile photo. Instead, I used just a generic jpg of a girl). After fiddling with the codes and removing the smiley icons (thank God!) I saw that blogger has upgraded their blogger settings and that they no longer use the
codes anymore. Hence I tried the different themes that they had to offer before settling on the one that you're seeing right now. I wanted to go for a really simple layout, minimalistic, nothing fancy, nothing to navigate nor link to anyone. Just a space to jot down my thoughts, my musings and that was also the reason why I chose the photo that was taken from the window of a plane. It is because it is often during those times that I will let my mind wander and my thoughts will flow in or ... just space out. It serves as a reminder that it is all right to just let your thoughts flow naturally. To relax and stone, once in a while.

In a span of 4 years, many things changed. Left school, left jobs, met new people, took on new responsibilities. But one thing has not changed - and that is my faith. I am still riding the wave of life with God my Redeemer and Saviour and learning lessons from Him. I will not say that life is a bed of roses, but neither is it a bed of thorns. Every flower blooms at a specific time point and every flower starts as a seedling. I strongly believe that God as the faithful gardener will give us nutrients and will not fail to water us each day :D May this space be a space that is full of life, amidst my busy schedule, as well as an asylum from the noise and chaos of the world. To seek solace and make sense of my thoughts as I figure out how to navigate life still.
Okay, explanations done; let's start off the first post with something delightful:
with that, I end my first post of 2019 :) till next time.
=do something right=
